Block Division didn’t become the industry leader in small blocks, sheaves, and accessories by offering the same selection of products for 50 years. We’re constantly innovating and raising the bar for the competition. Here are just a few of the new concepts we’re currently developing and integrating into our product lines.
Powder Coating
We're currently working on adding powder coating to our already extensive line of products. This method results in tougher, more durable products. The coating seals the metal to protect it from the elements, making it even longer lasting. Powder coating produces a thicker coating, far less waste, and a more even appearance than traditional paint coating.
Lighter Application
Right now, Block Division is developing pulley systems designed specifically for lighter applications, including lighter metal combinations and even rugged plastic products. These products aren't just for light lifting jobs; because plastic won't corrode, it is ideal for a variety of marine applications.
New Products
Block Division strives to continuously add and enhance our product line, especially based on feedback by you, our customer. For example, we are working on adding 7", 8", 9" and 10" all-steel sheaves to our product line. In addition, we are developing 2 new sizes to our line of deck blocks.
